When we think of Classical Music we think of serenity of sound, peacefulness of spirit, and a passion for life. But what does not usually come to mind is the "business" of the ARTS/Classical Music. There are many individuals who are committed to assuring that our city and our country have access to the ARTS and exposure to some of the most gifted and talented artists of our time.

In a comfortable, "soirée" style setting, come learn about what goes on behind the scenes and what goes into the business of the ARTS. Share your thoughts, perceptions, and joyful experiences when attending or participating in a concert or musical event.

Ilonka Salisbury of the NY Philharmonic is a dedicated and committed individual who strives to assure us all that our cultural environment is alive and accessible in NYC. And if you throw your business card into the hat, you may just win a pair of tickets to a New York Philharmonic concert!

There is no right or wrong answer. Every one of us is different.

Regardless of which fits you, it is your personal decision. In order to make the optimal decision for what's right for you and your lifestyle, it's important to understand the forces that feed into it.

The seminar, by Karen McDonald, will discuss some of the basic components of how these affect you - the food we eat, our sleep patterns,  our work habits and down-time, and how they all balance.
