KRISTINA LEONARDI

Kristina Leonardi is the Founder and Director of The Women's Mosaic® (TWM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, inspiration and motivation for women to express their full power and potential in the world. As a speaker and career/life coach, she provides a practical framework for each attendee to make the most of their personal and professional lives, allowing them to recognize, connect to, and fulfill their role in the world at large.

Kristina holds a B.A in International Relations from Boston University, and has taught extensively for New York University’s Center for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and the Center for Career, Education and Life Planning.  Known as a dynamic, ‘inspiring’  and ‘down-to-earth’ speaker with unique yet practical perspectives on the topics of diversity, career transition, work/life balance and personal growth, she has presented to organizations such as Saatchi and Saatchi, UBS, Ogilvy & Mather, Equinox, Women in Cable and the Junior League. Kristina offers individual and group coaching privately as well as in affiliation with Women for Hire, New York Women in Communications, Craigslist Foundation Nonprofit Bootcamp, and StepUp Women’s Network. Prior to founding TWM, she managed client services for an educational travel company arranging tours for Harvard, Yale, Smithsonian and the American Museum of Natural History. 

Featured as a guest on the all-women owned radio network, Greenstone Media, Kristina was also listed as one of Hispanic Magazines Top Latinas of 2004, received Tango Diva’s 2007 Diva Visionary Award  and was honored by the WNBA’s NY Liberty as part of their 2009 Inspiring Women Night. Interviewed as one of the 'inspiring women and peacebuilders around the world' she can also be heard as part of Peace x Peace Voice x Voice archives. She has also been featured in Inc. Magazine, Psychology Today and The Huffington Post.
